How to delete your account

Sign in, open Settings, choose Account, then Delete my account. You will be asked to type your username to confirm.

What happens next

Your profile goes offline straight away. You have 30 days to change your mind by signing back in. After that your profile and private data are removed.

What we keep

Files you sold stay stored so buyers keep access. Sales records are kept as tax law requires, and buyers' records are anonymised.

Can't sign in?

Email support@f8ware.com from the address on your account and we will delete it for you.
