Who sells
You sell to the buyer, and we act as your agent. We take a commission on each sale: 5% when the buyer came through your own link, 15% when we found the buyer. You are responsible for what you sell and for having the rights to sell it.
How you get paid
Your share goes directly to the M-Pesa number or bank account you give us, through Paystack. We never hold your money, and there's no balance to withdraw. Paystack's fee comes out of your share.
Tax
We take off withholding tax on each sale and pay it to KRA for you. You stay responsible for your own income tax. Keep your KRA PIN up to date.
Your details
Your legal name and payout account must be your own, and the names must match. We may ask for your ID, and we need it once your lifetime sales reach KES 100,000. A change of payout account takes 24 hours and we email you about it.
Refunds and money owed
If a sale is refunded after you've been paid, we return our commission and you bear the rest, including Paystack's fee, which isn't returned. We recover what you owe from your later sales, up to half of each sale's net. If it isn't recovered in 90 days, selling is paused.
Ending this
We can pause selling or remove items that break our rules. Buyers keep access to what they bought, except illegal or infringing items, which come down with a refund.
